Why Artrider’s Crafts at Lyndhurst Is the Most Stunning Craft Fair in New York!

Updated: 3 days ago

Three Incredible Days. Hundreds of Makers. A Mansion. Let’s Go!

This is not a drill. Artrider’s Crafts at Lyndhurst is back May 2–4, and if you’ve been waiting for the perfect spring day trip… this is it. Imagine over 200 of the most talented artists and makers in the country, all gathered on the lush, riverfront grounds of one of the Hudson Valley’s most stunning historic estates. It's dreamy, it’s inspiring, and it's the kind of event that turns a casual weekend into a memory-making masterpiece.

Let’s break it down.

What You’re Walking Into

Think of it as the Coachella of craftsmanship—only with less dust and way better shopping.

  • Handmade jewelry you’ll actually wear every day

  • Ceramics so pretty you’ll rearrange your kitchen around them

  • Wearable art, cutting-edge home goods, fine art, textiles, woodwork, glass, leather—the works

  • Live demos where you can see the magic in action

  • Ridiculously good gourmet eats and food trucks

  • Craft wine, local spirits, small-batch goodies

  • Chill tunes and fresh air all day long

Everything is handcrafted. Everything is original. Everything is vibe checked and approved.

Lyndhurst Mansion = Main Character Energy!

Now, let’s talk location. The Lyndhurst estate isn’t just a pretty place—it’s a whole moment. Gothic Revival mansion. Rolling green lawns. Towering old trees. Hudson River views. You’ll feel like you wandered onto the set of a historical drama, only this one comes with artist tents and really good snacks.

And yes—you can (and should) take a tour of the mansion while you're there. Step into the gilded interiors, get the behind-the-scenes history, and pretend you’re the heir to a railroad fortune for a minute. You’ve earned it.

1:00 PM: Mansion tour! History, drama, opulence—you’re into it.

2:30 PM: You hit the second half of the fair. You find the mug. You know the one.
