Enough guesswork — Hutton Brickyards has you covered! Join us for a festive NYE dinner, party and overnight experience. Choose one or all of the above — the team has prepared a jazzy, dance-y lineup of entertainment for The Winter Pavilion, a prix fixe menu (with celebratory supplements) by Chef Dan Silverman, and a host of goodies to enjoy when you book a cabin.

Hutton Brickyards’ NYE Party will kick off at 10 P.M. and last until 2 A.M. in their cozy Winter Pavilion. Come bid adieu to 2021 and give 2022 a warm welcome as our DJ sets the mood for dancing, cocktails and fun for everyone. Each $78 ticket includes: 3 drinks + gratuity, a midnight toast and NYE accessories. Put on your dancing shoes and reserve your tickets now!

For dinner in The Winter Pavilion, Hutton Brickyards is offering a prix fixe ($110 per person) menu with a twist: Celebratory supplements (optional indulgences, not included in the prix fixe) like fresh caviar and foie gras. Everyone gets a complimentary glass of bubbles, and there are two seatings: 5 pm and 7 pm.

Looking to make a night of it in one of Hutton Brickyards’ luxury cabins? Check in New Year's Eve and don't leave until 2022 has dawned! In addition to your cabin, the NYE package includes a complimentary bottle of Prosecco and fun NYE accessories, dinner in The Winter Pavilion (see above) and admission to the NYE party! Complimentary continental breakfast with drinks will also be available on New Year’s Day to help start your 2022 the right way.

State Parks throughout New York

Start those new year’s resolutions with a healthy, hearty hike in the woods! Visit a state park or trail and enjoy First Day Hikes presented by the New York State Office of Parks, Recreation & Historic Preservation and Department of Environmental Conservation (DEC). A mouthful right? But so worth the walk! Or run! This annual outdoor event takes place at more than 60 hikes - state parks, historic sites and more locations in NYS. Examples: First Day Hike at Fort Ontario State Historic Site, First Day Hike at Franklin D. Roosevelt State Park, First Day Hike at Herkimer Home State Historic Site, and First Day Hike at Olana State Historic Site. Hikes from one to five miles are led by staff from State Parks and DEC and volunteers. Dress warm for winter hiking, wear a mask, social distance! Bring water!
