Join us September 17th and 18th for the NOT SO UPSTATE ESCAPE!

 

Spend your Saturday night visiting the Garner Historic District, a repurposed 19th century industrial mill site that’s home to artists, creatives, award-winning craft beer, gourmet food and the year’s coolest DJ night under the stars,BRICK ALLEY BLOCK PARTY. Follow that up with the 8thANNUAL FLAVORS OF HAVERSTRAW FOOD CRAWL on Sunday afternoon. Enjoy small plates, live music, and a craft beer garden, all set in the historic downtown village of Haverstraw, NY, just 2.2 miles south of GARNER Arts Center.


It all gets started SATURDAY night, September 17th!



GARNER Arts Center, voted Best Arts Center and Art Gallery by readers of Hudson Valley Magazine, and producer of the beloved GARNER Arts Festival, is bringing back BRICK ALLEY BLOCK PARTY on the night of Saturday, September 17th. Take in starlit DJ sets and immersive art pop-ups in nineteenth century industrial spaces. With local food trucks and craft beverages provided by the on-site Industrial Arts Brewing Company, you’ll have more than enough fuel to dance and vibe on eye-popping art displays throughout the night.



Don’t go home yet, stay in one of these great nearby Hotels!

Onto SUNDAY, SEPTEMBER 18th!



Get up early! Whether you’re driven by nature, culture or history, there is so much to see and do right in Rockland County. We recommend these nearby destinations for a jolt of morning inspiration…

Fuel your Sunday afternoon with a food crawl like no other. Experience the 8th ANNUAL FLAVORS OF HAVERSTRAW FOOD CRAWL, which runs from 1pm to 5pm. This self-guided experience of culinary and cultural immersion with tapas-focused food sampling, live music, and a craft beer garden, is all set in the historic downtown of the village of Haverstraw, NY. The Crawl features over 15 participating restaurants. Tastings are $5-$10 per plate. The Village of Haverstraw is a most befitting location to host the Food Crawl given its vibrancy, walkability and famously dense collection of diverse and distinguished restaurants. Buen provecho!
