The Rhinecliff

What They Are about
The Rhinecliff is nestled on the banks of the Hudson River in the picturesque Landmark Historic Hamlet of Rhinecliff, the hotel was originally a simple rooming house for travelers to the area offering sustenance and rest for both man and horse. The hotel, now listed in the National Register of Historic Places, had been in constant operation since those days until after a period of some notoriety as a raucous music watering hole, the hotel closed its doors and became quiet.
All nine rooms enjoy a private balcony with gorgeous Hudson River views, antique hardwood floors, flat screen TV, whirlpool tub, shower, high-speed internet access, desk and in-room heat and air conditioning. Eight rooms hold king sized beds, while one River Room is furnished with a queen sized bed.
"The Bar" at the Rhinecliff, on the ground floor is well stocked with local beers, well-priced wines and crafty cocktails. The bar offers a light snack menu and in the summer, the generous bluestone patio offers unparalleled Hudson River views.
