Welcome to our spacious 1890s Victorian Catskills 5 bedroom home! Get your view of the Delaware River from the classic front porch. Enjoy small town charm and walk to Narrowsburg Main Street shops, restaurants and galleries. River access and hiking is minutes away. You'll have plenty of room to relax and breathe at the Lumber Inn. The house is decorated with eclectic art by the owners, local artists, and the previous owner (a painter and graphic artist born in 1900) as well as quirky found art. On the first floor there is a fully equipped kitchen, dining room, living room and bathroom with a tub and shower. The stone patio is right outside the back door. The second floor has 5 bedrooms. Three bedrooms have queen beds, one has a full size bed and one bedroom has a trundle bed with two twin beds. The house can sleep up to 10 people. The master bath has a claw foot soaking tub and has access from the master bedroom and the hall. The front porch is huge and a great place to have meals. In the back, there is a stone patio surrounded by a stone wall.
