Combining comfort and a healthy dose of the beautiful Sullivan Catskills, Hemlock Falls Camping offers a Private Catskills Camping experience unlike any other. Located in Parksville, New York, about a 2.5-hr drive from NYC, Hemlock Falls is situated on 40-acres of forest that has not 1 but 3 waterfalls!

 

Picture canvas tents with covered decks that provide a warm bed, and an outdoor kitchen with propane stove and everything you could need to make the perfect camp dinner! Their deluxe sites are spacious and have an attached half-bathroom complete with self-contained toilet and sink. Standard sites are a bit smaller with a detached tent bathroom, these sites are a touch more rustic and are a great option for experienced campers.

Four total campsites are nestled in groves on the property, separate from one another, so campers feel secluded but not completely alone in the woods.

Hiking trails connect the campsites and additional trails for each of the 3 waterfalls.

 

If you stay during the summer months be sure to pack swimwear and a beach towel as part of your stay includes complete access to their 2 private swimming holes. The stream can be rocky, so we recommend packing a pair of water shoes.

Hemlock Falls Camping started out as a side-project for Robert & Yong Eaton when they moved north from NYC in late 2016 in search of a relaxing retirement. With the help of their children: Michelle & Nic and son-in-law & daughter-in-law: Japheth & Jennifer, they have created a Private Catskills Camping experience that is unlike standard camping.
