What They Are about
Dolly’s is located directly on the banks of the Hudson River with spectacular views from Garrison’s Landing, an hour north of New York City right at the Metro North Hudson train line to Grand Central Station. Weather permitting, outdoor dining is available on the side lawn patio.
7 Garrison’s Landing has been a longstanding touchstone for the local community. A local’s watering hole, formerly Guinan’s, which became famous with the publishing of Little Chapel on the River: A Pub, a Town and the Search for What Matters Most by Gwendolyn Bounds. After being closed for a decade and an extensive renovation, we are pleased to have the opportunity to bring a revered piece of Philipstown’s history back from hibernation.
Our Notes
Many of their sauces and condiments are now packed to-go; hummus, fermented beets, frozen cookies ready-to-bake and more. Plus convenient grocery items like seasonal produce, olive oil, lemons, eggs, cheese, milk, if you don’t see it, ask.
The full bar is stocked with craft beers; New York State, Italian, and French wines; classic and inventive cocktails.

Please inquire about the outside private dining options including tent rental. Private inside back room with a great view holds up to 16 for dinner.
