What They Are about
BSP Lounge, an arts and entertainment complex in Kingston, NY has been home to performers, artists, musicians of all genres and media since its inception over 13 years ago. The building itself was built in the early 1900s and originally served as a vaudeville and movie house Kingston residents and tourists who came up the Hudson River by ferry.
While the building is gone, its historical features and ornaments remain largely intact.
The space now features a large reception space for music performances, upstairs dance studio, a full theater, and a back room that functions part-time as an NYC-certified Soundstage and is also available for corporate, private and concert events.
On any given night you will hear everything from banjos a blazing to spoken word poetry. The line up is curated to appease to everyone's tastes and likes, with a big focus on bringing popular out of state bands right here to the Hudson Valley.
